UK delivery: £3.95 per order, free when the physical items in your basket come to £40.00 or more. The rate is shown again at checkout before you pay. We post within the United Kingdom only.
Collect at an MSC event: free. Choose it in the basket; no address is needed.
Digital items (tickets, downloads): no delivery charge and no address. If your basket mixes physical and digital items, delivery is charged on the physical items only.
We are a volunteer committee, not a warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days by Royal Mail (2nd Class) and typically arrive 2–3 working days after that. Around exams and Ramadan it can take a little longer; if we expect a delay we will email you. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email secretary@themsc.co.uk with your order reference.
Collection orders are brought to the MSC stand at the next MSC event after your order (a Council meeting, the annual Summit, or any event with an MSC stand — we will email you which). Bring your order reference — on your phone is fine. Orders not collected within 6 months are treated as abandoned; email us before then if you need to collect at a different event.
Access details are emailed to the address you give at checkout — for event tickets, on the morning of the event. Check your spam folder, and if nothing has arrived by the start of the event email us from the address you ordered with.
If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing or wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it — see Returns & Refunds. Please keep the packaging until it is sorted.
